Once your account has been set-up successfully, you will be introduced
to your dedicated service representative. The relationship we foster
with you is based on three pillars.
Knowledge: Our clients have direct access
to our expertise in payroll, payroll taxes, and employee benefits with
one call or email to us.
Responsive: When you call WPS a live person
will answer to help you by the third ring. Our goal is to get you the
right answer on the first call.
Proactive: We double check our work and
yours too, if you’d like! We are an extra set of eye and ears for
you in the ever changing world of payroll.
